Job Scope:

  • Report to Project Manager or Leader Co-ordinate and attend meetings with suppliers/subcontractors/customers/building owner on project matters
  • Compilation of site folder documents including photos, material listing, as-built drawings and parameter sheets
  • Updating site progress tracker
  • Co-ordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities



  • Min NTC/ITC with 1 year working experience
  • Fresh diploma graduates may be considered
